Dear teachers and teacher educators,
How can we prepare students and pre-service teachers for an increasingly data-driven world? - 
The Erasmus+ project DataSETUP (datasetup.euc.ac.cy) warmly invites you to a hands-on Multiplier Event which will take place in Münster, Germany.

When? Thursday, October 2, 2025, 2:00–6:30 pm

Where? University of Münster, Fürstenberghaus


Cost: Free of charge

Join us for an inspiring afternoon with interactive workshops, classroom-ready modules, and concrete teaching ideas (please see the flyer attached).

What to expect:
* Work with exciting, real datasets (media use, leisure activities, etc.)
* Explore and analyze data with digital tools such as CODAP
* Gain insights into data ethics, diagnostic opportunities, and teaching strategies
* Participate in workshops such as “So… What is Data Science, Really?” or “From Data to Insight”

What you will take away:
* Plug-and-play modules with datasets and step-by-step guides
* Ready-to-use ideas for immediate implementation in schools and teacher education
* Reflection on opportunities and challenges of data science in education
* More confidence and enjoyment in teaching with real data – no prior experience required
