Lieber Herr Ost,

im License Agreement für den C++ und Fortran Compiler steht folgendes:

Ich lese das so, wie es auch bei Borland/Inprise ist, jeder Student oder  
Mitarbeiter  darf das selbst kostenlos für sich installieren, sobald wir das aber  
zur Verfügung stellen (sprich mehrere Benutzer eine Lizenz potentiell nutzen),  
müssen wir eine Lizenz kaufen.
