This exploit allows to gain root privileges on any machine with Linux
kernel implementing the function vmsplice. It affects at least most of
the current Debian and Ubuntu systems, but possibly also other systems
as well if that functionality was included in the kernel at compile
time. AFAIK it does not affect the default SuSE systems.
